What Shipping Options for 23andMe Are Available?

The 23andMe online store offers two shipping options - your shopping cart will display the methods and the associated fees for your order. Your 23andMe order will include pre-paid return shipping supplies for each kit in your order as well as detailed return instructions.

*Listed standard shipping price is for the first kit in your order. Each additional kit with standard shipping includes an added £9.00 shipping fee.

**Express shipping is not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting Customer Support. Additionally, check with anyone who may have accepted your delivery, like other household members, neighbors, or someone who accepts mail for your building.

Please Note: Express shipping includes expedited shipping of the product purchased to the recipient and standard return shipping to the lab. We do not offer one-day or overnight return shipping options or expedited shipping to the lab.

EU (Denmark, Finland, The Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden)

Customers may select either of the following options for their order:

• Standard Shipping: delivery within 4-5 business days from the date of shipment
• Express Shipping: delivery within 3-4 business days from the date of shipment

*Express shipping is not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes, or for orders to the Netherlands. Orders ship from Oss, Netherlands and typically arrive to addresses in the Netherlands within 3 business days.
